For cancer consultations, if applicable, please bring along your pathology report, latest blood test report and latest scan report. These are very helpful but not absolutely required. They can be obtained later if needed.

For wellness consultations, please bring along any reports or test results from other doctors that you feel are relevant and important. These are very helpful but not absolutely required. They can be obtained later if needed.

For Prolozone consultation, if available, please bring along your x-ray images or MRI images on a CD or USB drive (or a link where we can download the images). If images are not available, we can order, or obtain later.
