Can I hear from those that have taken oncoblot test
I had an Oncoblot test in 2016, which stated that I have prostate cancer. I had an MRI scan, which confirmed that this was true. The PSA was still low, but two months later was abnormally high. I saw Dr. Gary Onik in Ft. Lauderdale for Cryotherapy in August of 2016. Now, 5 years later I still have no sign of recurrence. The 3-monthly PSA’s are negative.
Note that the company is working on improving this tests and the test was not available for several years. I am not sure whether they have released the test again.
OncoBlot was a remarkable test. In our opinion it was the best cancer detection test in the world. Unfortunately after the company changed owners (due to the passing of the founder of the test Prof. Morré), their focus changed to DNA testing which was not the same. To date we have not found any company that can do a similar test that detects ENOX2 proteins with high accuracy from a blood sample.
