Case Report – Breast Cancer Long-Term Survival with DCA + LDN Therapy
- 60 year old female with new small superficial breast mass, refused needle biopsy
- excisional biopsy performed in office by Dr. Khan under local anesthesia
- confirmed breast cancer, ER+/PR+/HER2-, incompletely excised (positive margins)
- chemosensitivity testing of live tumour fragment showed highest cell kill with methotrexate chemo, DCA #2 and LDN #3
- patient refused all conventional therapies including further surgery
- treated with DCA + LDN + vitamin D
- DCA stopped after ~ 1 year, LDN continued as maintenance therapy
- maintained remission and excellent quality of life without side effects
- small local recurrence after 10 years!
